Pricing questions
What does it cost to run a game?
Nothing. Hosting is free, every player at the table plays free, and up to 8 players can join one game. Quick games need no account at all; a free GM account lets you save campaigns, maps and encounters.
What are Hero plans for?
A free player account keeps up to 5 heroes you can bring to any table. Hero plans raise that limit for people who love making characters. They never unlock gameplay — everyone at the table gets the same game.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Once Hero plans are on sale, subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your Account page.
What is your refund policy?
We would rather refund a purchase than have anyone regret one. The refunds page has the details for each kind of purchase.
Is there a marketplace?
A marketplace for adventures and rule packs made by other GMs is being built. Everything you need to play stays free.
Is Couch Crawl finished?
Couch Crawl is in beta and built by one independent developer, so features may change. Paying for a plan helps keep it running.
