- Players can't join? Everyone needs to be on the internet (any network works) and the 4-letter game code expires when the game ends. Start a fresh game and share the new QR.
- Sign-in code never arrived? Check spam, and give it two minutes. Codes expire after 10 minutes — just request a new one.
- Bought a pack and don't see it? It can take a minute after checkout. Refresh the thanks page; purchases appear under Game packs → Purchased.
- Want a refund? See the refund policy — the short version is: ask, and we'll make it right.
- Want a copy of your data, or to delete your account? Go to Your data.
