We'd rather refund a purchase than have anyone regret one.
Game packs and marketplace purchases
- Ask within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it, no questions asked. Contact us via the support page with the email you signed in with.
- A refund removes the purchase from your account. Adventures already copied into your campaigns remain, but the packs they came with stop working for new games.
- For items made by community creators, we issue the refund and recover the creator's share — you never need to deal with the creator directly.
Hero plans (Heroes+ and Heroes Unlimited)
- Cancel any time from your Account page; the plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. Nothing you made is ever deleted when a plan ends — heroes beyond the free limit just become read-only.
- Ask within 7 days of a charge and we'll refund that charge.
Founder
- Ask within 14 days of your Founder purchase and we'll refund it.
- If Couch Crawl shuts down within 12 months of your Founder purchase, you get your $20 back.
Chargebacks
Please ask us first — it's faster than a card dispute, and disputes automatically suspend the purchase while they're investigated.
